As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive home atmosphere, while also providing guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development.
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
