Milton Hershey School is a leading private educational institution that offers a career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are currently seeking married couples to become part of our residential support team.
The successful candidates will live on-campus and provide guidance and support to students in a family-like environment. Responsibilities include nurturing students, managing household duties, and ensuring a positive and safe living space.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a competitive salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Additionally, relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Candidates should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. No alcohol is permitted while on duty. Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
