On-Campus Parenting Instructors

As On-Campus Parenting Instructors, you and your spouse will work together to create a stable and loving home environment for 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to students in their personal growth and development, encouraging them to reach their full potential.

As On-Campus Parenting Instructors, you will handle daily responsibilities such as cooking, cleaning, and providing emotional support to your students. You will also establish clear boundaries and expectations for student behavior, ensuring that they understand the importance of respect, responsibility, and accountability. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high degree of integrity and commitment from both spouses.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and supportive living environment for students
• Establish clear boundaries and expectations for student behavior
• Encourage academic success and personal growth
• Develop and implement household routines and schedules

Requirements:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
• This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
