Becoming a Houseparent at Milton Hershey School
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Houseparents. As a Houseparent, you will provide a nurturing environment for disadvantaged students in a family-like structure on campus.
You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive home environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of students. You will work closely with other Houseparents and school staff to ensure that students receive the support they need to thrive academically, emotionally, and spiritually.
