As a flex houseparent, you will live on campus and work closely with a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your primary responsibility will be to provide a safe and supportive environment that encourages students to grow and thrive.
You will be responsible for managing household responsibilities, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry. You will also be required to drive student home vans, administer medication, and provide emotional support to students.
