Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to become Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will provide a consistent family-like structure and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a stable and supportive living environment for students
- Assist with daily tasks and activities such as meal preparation and homework help
- Foster a positive and safe living environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with students and school staff
Qualifications:
- Married couple with a strong relationship and experience working with youth
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
