Become a House Parent at Milton Hershey School and make a difference in the lives of young people! As a member of our team, you will provide a nurturing and supportive environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Responsibilities
You will reside in an on-campus home with your spouse and take care of a group of 8-12 students. This includes administering medication, driving students to appointments, and managing household budgets.
We are looking for couples who have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as relocation assistance and paid training. We also offer a flexible schedule and a three-week paid summer vacation.
