What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parental Figures for Disadvantaged Students position at Milton Hershey School?
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be a married couple who has been legally married for at least two years. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
You must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty. Only fish and one dog of approved breeds are permitted. You must have a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive student home vans.
Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited). A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
