Milton Hershey School is seeking a dynamic couple to join our team as Flex Houseparents. As a Flex Houseparent, you will play a critical role in shaping the lives of our students.

You will live on-campus in one of our student homes, where you will provide guidance, support, and care to a small group of students. The position requires a deep commitment to the well-being and education of our students.

We are looking for a couple who shares our passion for education and our commitment to providing a world-class learning environment. As a Flex Houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive atmosphere in the home, encouraging students to develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. They will also be able to establish clear boundaries and expectations while promoting a sense of community and respect among students.
