Serving as a Role Model
As a member of our team, you will serve as a role model for our students, demonstrating a high degree of integrity and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students, leading students in daily devotions, and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You and your spouse should be at least 27 years old, and you should not have more than three dependent children living in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services.
Compensation and Benefits
As a member of our team, you will receive a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple).
