What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parenting Partners position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is committed to creating a family-like environment that supports the growth and development of our students. As Parenting Partners, you and your spouse will live on-campus with a group of 8-12 students, providing guidance and mentorship in a family-style living environment.
Responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, and budgeting, as well as participating in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. A competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance make this an attractive opportunity for the right couple.
The ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be at least 27 years old, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
Your work-life balance will be maintained through a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off. You will also enjoy comprehensive benefits, paid training, and relocation assistance.
We seek couples who value honesty and integrity, and who are committed to creating a positive influence on our students' lives.
