About the Position
Couples must demonstrate experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be aged 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Abiding by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy is essential.
Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with approximately 8-12 students
- Guide and nurture students' development and well-being
- Manage responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
