Milton Hershey School is seeking a house parent couple to join our team. As a house parent, you'll guide and nurture groups of 8-12 students in a family-like environment, helping them grow into confident, capable individuals.

As a house parent couple, you'll work closely with our students, getting to know them as individuals and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

As a house parent couple, you'll live on-campus in student homes with your partner, enjoying access to our campus amenities and services. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in our leadership development programs, helping you grow as professionals and leaders.
The Role:
- Live on-campus in student homes with your partner
- Guide and nurture a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Cover different student homes initially before being assigned to one specific home
Requirements:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
