About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Transitional Living Assistant at Milton Hershey School. As a key member of our residential program, you will be responsible for mentoring high school seniors and helping them develop the essential life skills necessary for success after graduation.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, valid driver's license, and experience working in youth residential settings. Additionally, they should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to role-model life skills, and teach self-responsibility, goal setting, planning & prioritization, time management, personal finance, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor students in campus residence buildings
- Create and supervise recreational activities
- Provide coverage in students' homes as needed
