Provide Nurturing Guidance as a Flex Houseparent

The role of flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School involves providing nurturing guidance and care to a group of 8-12 students living in on-campus homes. As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, handling various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.

This is a two-person job that requires consideration and commitment from both spouses. Both partners must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
