Key Responsibilities
As a Houseparent, you will be responsible for managing daily responsibilities such as supervision, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and you should have been legally married for at least two years. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

The salary is $43,825 per person, resulting in a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple, which includes free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
Schedule
You will work a schedule of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school. You will also receive three-week paid summer vacation.
