Houseparent Role:
As a houseparent, you will play a critical role in supporting the academic and personal success of our students. You will live in an on-campus student home and work together with your spouse to create a family-like environment that fosters a sense of belonging and community among students.

- Foster a family-like atmosphere in the student home
- Provide daily guidance and support to students
- Manage daily tasks and responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A high school diploma or GED
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A valid driver's license and the ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students
Work Schedule
The work schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off. Workdays include a period of personal time while students are at school.
