What are the responsibilities and job description for the Providing Supportive Family Structures position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking married couples to become part of our team as flex houseparents at Milton Hershey School.
This role involves providing a consistent family-like structure for students, guiding them in their academic and personal development. As flex houseparents, you will live on-campus in student homes and provide support to a group of approximately 8-12 students.
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and training to help you succeed in this role. Our flexible schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
