Flex houseparents serve as live-in caregivers for groups of 8-12 students, providing a family-like atmosphere and guidance.
Married couples are responsible for daily activities, including transportation and administering medication, while ensuring academic and personal support for students.
Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses should be age 27 or older
