You will reside in an on-campus home with your spouse and guide a group of 8-12 students, providing a supportive and nurturing environment.
About the Opportunity
This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years. As a houseparent, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students and help them develop into confident and capable individuals. You will be responsible for driving, administering medication, and leading daily devotions, among other responsibilities.
Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from underserved settings. You and your spouse must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and have no more than three dependent children residing in the student home. You must also be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
