As a flex houseparent couple, you will reside in an on-campus student home and provide a consistent family-like structure for approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other caregiving tasks. You will work closely with students, guiding them through daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
