Houseparent Couple Role
We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents. As flex houseparents, you will reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include providing a consistent family-like structure for our students and handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc. When initially hired, you will cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
