About the Position
As a houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a group of students, providing a safe and supportive environment. You will work closely with other houseparents and staff to ensure students receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities
- Providing daily care and support for students, including meals, homework help, and recreational activities.
- Managing student behavior and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Working collaboratively with other houseparents and staff to ensure the smooth operation of the student home.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Couples must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
