Key Responsibilities
As a Youth Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment
- Handling responsibilities such as driving, medication administration, and budgeting
- Leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Ensuring students' physical and emotional well-being
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
