Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to students in a family-home setting
- Implement educational and personal development activities
- Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure student well-being and success
- Lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED
- Comfortable living in a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High degree of integrity and commitment
