As a flex houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will reside in an on-campus student home with approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include guiding and nurturing students, handling daily care tasks, and supporting their educational needs.
You will work closely with your spouse to create a positive and supportive living environment, providing guidance and mentorship to our students. You will also be responsible for reporting, budgeting, and other administrative tasks related to student care.
