Job Description
As a flex houseparent, you will reside in an on-campus student home, guiding and supporting a group of approximately 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and other essential tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
