Milton Hershey School is a private school that provides an exceptional education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for our students.
About Flex Houseparents
- Reside in an on-campus student home with your spouse and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students in daily activities
Couples must have experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services. They must also be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
