As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will provide a consistent family-like structure for students, handling responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and daily devotions. You must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
