Residential Care Team Members

As a houseparent couple, you will provide care and guidance to a group of 8-12 students living on campus. Your responsibilities will include creating a stable family-like environment, managing various responsibilities such as transportation, medication administration, and budgeting. You will work closely with your spouse to lead daily devotions and take students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.

You must be comfortable living on campus and handling the physical demands of the role, which includes lifting up to 50 lbs. Both spouses must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for students.
