The Role
We are seeking married couples to join our team as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing family-like environment for students. This role involves guiding students, administering medications, and maintaining a structured household. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that our students receive the support they need to thrive.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You must also abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and have a valid driver's license.
