What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Care Team Members position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become Nurturing Environment Providers. In this role, you will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus homes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. This is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older.
As a Nurturing Environment Provider, you will oversee and guide 8-12 students, involving driving, medication administration, and budgeting. You will also be responsible for leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (Note: Proselytizing is prohibited).

- High school diploma or GED required
