Responsibilities:
• Manage a group of 8-12 students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met
• Develop and implement effective strategies to promote student success and well-being
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive school culture
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Work closely with students to identify areas of need and develop personalized plans to address these challenges
Qualifications:
• Experience working with youth, preferably in an under-resourced setting
• Marriage of at least two years; both spouses must meet age and child dependency requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in physically demanding activities
• Valid driver's license; ability to become certified to drive student van
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
