What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Caregivers position at Milton Hershey School?
Milton Hershey School is seeking couples to join our team as Residential Caregivers. As a key member of our family-like environment, you will provide guidance and support to students in grades pre-K through 12 from disadvantaged backgrounds.
As a couple, you will reside on campus in a student home, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle various responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, etc.

Qualifications include being legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home, and valid driver's license.
