We are looking for Residential Caregivers to join our team at Milton Hershey School. In this role, you and your spouse will provide a safe and supportive living environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
About the Position
You will reside on campus with your spouse and manage daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with students and colleagues.
Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- Both spouses must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
