About the Role
We are seeking married couples to become residential coordinators, providing a family-like environment for students living on-campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students in their daily activities and education
- Handle household responsibilities such as budgeting, driving, and administering medication
- Live on-campus and provide a family-like structure for students
Our Benefits Package
- A salary of $43,825 per person, with a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities

Requirements
- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Couples must have been married for at least two years and both spouses should be at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
