As a houseparent at Milton Hershey School, you will be responsible for creating a supportive environment for 8-12 students. This involves providing guidance, care, and a family-like atmosphere in our on-campus student homes. Responsibilities
As houseparents, you will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. We also require that both spouses be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
Qualifications
Experience working or volunteering with youth is required. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
