What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Counselors for Disadvantaged Students position at Milton Hershey School?
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings.
Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You should also be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver's license.
Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
