As Residential Counselors at Milton Hershey School, you will have the opportunity to provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily routines, providing emotional support, and promoting healthy habits. You and your partner will also participate in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services.
We are looking for couples with experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in an under-served setting. You should both be age 27 or older and hold a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are also required.
