What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Counselors position at Milton Hershey School?
We are seeking Residential Counselors who can provide guidance and support to our students. As Residential Counselors, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Couples receive a salary of $43,825 per person, totaling approximately $150,000 per couple. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; life insurance; disability options; and retirement savings.
The schedule consists of nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. A three-week paid summer vacation is also provided.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate has experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
Our Residential Counselors must be able to drive student home vans and have a valid driver's license. They must also be able to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services.
