Career-focused education is what we offer to our students at Milton Hershey School. We are seeking experienced couples to join our team as residential mentors for our students.

As a residential couple, you will reside in one of our on-campus student homes and provide a family-like structure for a group of 8-12 students. Your responsibilities will include transportation, medication management, and daily devotions.
