Milton Hershey School offers a supportive community for married couples to make a difference in the lives of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you and your spouse will reside on-campus to provide guidance, support, and care to students in need.
The position requires:
- A high school diploma or GED for both spouses
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
In return, you can expect:
- A total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple
