About the Role
As Residential Education Team Members, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in a residential setting, providing a safe and supportive environment that fosters academic success and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Reside in on-campus student homes with your spouse
- Guide and nurture groups of 8-12 students
- Provide a consistent family-like structure
- Handle daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting
- Lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
