What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Educators for Disadvantaged Students position at Milton Hershey School?
We are committed to providing a unique career path for our team members. As a Flex Houseparent, you will reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8-12 students. You will handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, reporting, and more. When initially hired, flex houseparents cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.
