Milton Hershey School is seeking Residential Family Coordinators to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As a Residential Family Coordinator, you will work closely with your spouse to guide and mentor a group of approximately 8-12 students.
The responsibilities of a Residential Family Coordinator include administering medication, managing household tasks, and ensuring a supportive atmosphere. You will also be responsible for guiding students, providing daily devotions, and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services. Proselytizing is prohibited.
We are looking for experienced individuals who have worked or volunteered with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses must be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required.
As a Residential Family Coordinator, you will enjoy a salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Your schedule will consist of nine days on followed by three days off, with a period of personal time while students are at school.
