Job Description
As a Residential Youth Caregiver, you will be responsible for creating a supportive atmosphere for students in your care. This includes leading daily devotions, taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services (without proselytizing), and handling various household responsibilities. You will also be expected to demonstrate a high degree of integrity, as all staff members are role models for students.
Benefits Package
The total compensation package for this position is approximately $150,000 per couple, including salary, free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more.
