The Flex Houseparent Experience
As a flex houseparent, you and your spouse will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. You will be responsible for creating a family-like environment, managing daily tasks, and leading students in daily devotions. You will also have the chance to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of student homes.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Our schedule allows for nine days on followed by three days off, with workdays including personal time while students are at school. We also provide a three-week paid summer vacation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you and your spouse must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. You must also have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions.
