- Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings
- Being a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage
- Both spouses being at least 27 years old
- No more than three dependent children residing in the student home
- A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
