Qualifications
To be eligible, couples must have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older and have been legally married for at least two years.
No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. Couples must abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with limitations on pets.
A valid driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans are required. High school diploma or GED is necessary, and candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are role models for students.
