As a flex houseparent, you will be responsible for guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students, handling daily responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, and budgeting.
We require a strong commitment from both spouses, who should have experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings. Both spouses should be age 27 or older, and no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home. You will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary, relocation assistance, and substantial time off.
